Note that the freshwater pearl beads are irregular in size. Some have natural striations and some are more smooth. Some may be flat on one side. Each pearl is different from the rest - some bumpy some more even. See the photo to understand the variations in the beads.
Beaded chain can kink sometimes - especially during shipping. To ensure that the necklace lies properly, make sure the chain is fully extended with no kinks prior to putting on.
CARE: Water and perfume are what cause most tarnishing - so the necklace needs to be stored in a dry place and not worn in the shower. Limiting perfume in the neck area will also prolong the life of the necklace.
